Open-source notices

Windowly includes or is built with open-source software. Those components remain governed by their respective licences; your rights under those licences are not restricted by the Windowly Terms.

Windowly 4.7.8 (build 121)

The application includes an in-app Open Source Licences viewer containing the notices and licence texts prepared for this release.

Main components

• UTM and QEMUKit — Apache License 2.0;
• QEMU — GNU General Public License version 2;
• SPICE, GStreamer, GLib, libusb and related runtime libraries — GNU LGPL and component-specific licences;
• SwiftTerm, ZIPFoundation, IQKeyboardManager, InAppSettingsKit and other Swift packages — their respective Apache, MIT or BSD-style licences;
• EDK2 firmware and other bundled firmware — the notices supplied with those components.

Corresponding source and relinking materials

Every recipient of Windowly 4.7.8 may request the complete corresponding source, build scripts, Windowly patches and any relinking materials required by an applicable GPL or LGPL licence. Email support@windowly.co and identify version 4.7.8. The offer remains available for at least three years after the last distribution of this release, on the terms required by the applicable licence.
